The Pennsylvania Southeast Business Assistance Center provides technical assistance and business support services to increase access to capital, promote economic empowerment, and boost the number of Pennsylvania’s historically disadvantaged small businesses. Our Center was created at the end of 2025, as part of 11 new Business Assistance Service Centers in Pennsylvania through the Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance Program. Our services support small businesses located in Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties.

Our Center provides direct support that includes FREE one-on-one business consulting, business accounting assistance, financial training events, contract procurement support, as well as identifying local resources and opportunities. We have designated staff that are bilingual in English/Spanish to ensure our resources are accessible to all.
