Promoting Small Business Growth in Our Community

The Pennsylvania Southeast Business Assistance Center provides technical assistance and business support services to increase access to capital, promote economic empowerment, and boost the number of Pennsylvania’s historically disadvantaged small businesses. We provide these expert services to our community at no-cost, with a goal to help the small businesses in our community flourish.

Our Center was founded in 2026, as part of 11 new Business Assistance Service Centers in Pennsylvania through the Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance Program. Our services support small businesses located in Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties.

Educational Events

For entrepreneurs who want to learn and connect with local businesses, check out our educational events. Led by the experts, these events will take a deep dive into topics such as starting a business, writing a business plan or marketing your business.

Microgrant Program

Entrepreneurs may seek funding through our microgrant program, designed to assist historically disadvantaged businesses with start up costs, expansion costs, and the elimination of low cost hurdles preventing the business from growing.

Spanish Services

We provide access to high-quality small business services in Spanish, with our bilingual business experts on staff. We continue our impact on the community by offering our entire catalog of services available in Spanish to all entrepreneurs.
